  1. If the package you received meets the following conditions, you can apply for a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the goods:

a. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please provide photos of the outer packaging, express delivery bill, goods, etc. after receiving the goods. If you cannot provide the corresponding photo proof, it will not be accepted. Please understand;

b. The goods are lost, misdelivered, or missed, and the courier staff has confirmed and verified that the situation is true.

If your order has the above problems, please contact us as soon as possible. After verifying the situation, we will process a refund for you. We recommend that you take a photo and describe the problem product and send it to us directly through online customer service and email so that we can identify the problem and send you the specific return and refund method.   1. The following products are not subject to the return and refund policy:

a. Any product not sold on this website;

b. The product has been used or damaged, the label/original protective film has been removed, and the product size has been changed;

c. Exceeding the acceptance time limit (if you do not contact customer service within 7 days after signing, you will not be able to apply for after-sales service);

d. Due to force majeure during transportation, the product is slightly damaged, but it does not affect normal use;

e. Any product quality problems caused by abnormal use and storage by the customer;

f. For combined sets and other products, only single or multiple products that meet the after-sales return and refund standards are provided with return service, and it is not extended to all the combined products.

g. For safety and hygiene considerations, children’s clothing and intimate products such as underwear will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem.

h. Due to different personal constitutions, please consult a doctor in time if you are allergic to cosmetics/health products/foods. We do not accept returns for product quality problems.

  1. After confirming that the return is possible, you need to return the goods to the designated return address. The return shipping fee standards are as follows:

1) If the product has serious quality problems, is damaged due to logistics and cannot be used normally, or the received product does not match the order description, if you want to return the product, you do not need to pay the shipping fee, and you can choose to pay the shipping fee on delivery;

2) If the returned product does not meet the return policy for product quality issues, the product will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be made. The shipping fee to the Arti-shopping after-sales center and the shipping fee to return the product to the customer will be borne by the customer;

3) If you apply for a return and refund for personal reasons, you need to pay a round-trip shipping fee of 30 pounds;
